I had a panel interview where everything seemed to go well the questions flowed, I answered with confidence, and the conversation felt engaging. Yet afterward, complete silence, no updates, no feedback, just ghosted entirely.
They did a take-home assessment followed by a final round interview where I interviewed with around three people. They ghosted after which was pretty frustrating, especially considering the time it took to do the assessment.
Meeting with a lot of different people on the team, they really introduce you to everyone you will be working with and do seem to truly want to get to know you.
