My resume was submitted by a staffing company. They showed interest and requested an interview. At the time i was working nights with another company doing IT work. Scheduled an interview. Was only one interview. Asked about past work experience. Negotiated hours and offered the job on the spot. Best advice be honest and thorough when explaining work experience. Its a small trucking company. People are friendly and helpful. Office is a little cramped due to lack of space but the overall environment is pleasant.
