Interview
HR will have a basic screening over the phone and if get selected will be asked for in person interview. Interview involve a panel of senior engineers, discussing about yourself and your experience and about the company and lastly technical questions.

Met with regional manager and project engineer. They described position. Started off by asking typical questions, ended by giving skills test in shear, moment, etc. diagrams. Not too hard, not easy
Briefly discussed about the career you would like to take on, your future goals, and favorite courses in college including manuals that may have used that relates to the position.
