Virtual Interview, One on One Interview and then interview with multiple people. The interviewers were down to earth and very nice. I would say practice for normal interview questions but also make sure that you have situations where you showcased leadership skills off the top of your head.

super straight forward- like a conversation. mainly want to see that you are someone that takes initiative and want to learn. make sure you show that you have grit. overall, great experience.
