Interview
I found it to be very thorough. There was a telephone interview, a background check, a psychological test )done online), a drug screening, more testing on the computer just prior to the face-to-face, then I was interviewed by two people at the corporate offices. I was told how I did right there on the spot, and a recruiter followed up with a phone call. I was then sent an offer via mail.
