McBride Homes interview questions

The process consisted of three interviews, multiple weeks apart, where representatives of the organization each time continued to ask repetitive questions which were discussed in prior interviews, rather than build a progressive dialogue from interview to interview. In the third interview, the CEO of the company joined via Microsoft Teams and hung up on the call without providing notice.

4 interviews in total. 4 weeks to get the offer. Phone interview, 1/1 with a recruiter, 1/1 with the vice president and a panel interview. I also visited 2 communities to ask current employees questions about what to expect. Resumes should be precise and represent previous success in a sales organization.
