Short 15 minute interview. GM asks you about about yourself and what you applied for. Depending on how you answer you’ll get a 2nd interview on the spot or you’ll have to wait to hear from them at a later date. As long you don’t answer anything with “I feel…” you’ll be fine. For example don’t say “I feel like I’m responsible.” or “I feel like I’m reliable”
