The interview process was easy and breezy. Took one day or less. Applied and had interview that next day. Definitely no hard questions or anything, just be yourself. Just a quick conversation about experience, education, and availability.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McAlister's (Flower Mound, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Standard process. Met with manager at the restaurant after school. Asked standard restaurant interview question. Dressed in jeans and a nice blouse. In total I think the interview took about 40 minutes.
It was fine. I arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes early. The interview was held in the dining room and performed by one of the assistant managers. It was a standard normal restaurant interview. Lasted maybe 45 minutes.
