Initial screening call was scheduled with the VP of People, who conducted the entire interview while walking around her house, getting into her car, and wandering through a parking lot. Zero professionalism or basic courtesy to be present for a conversation she initiated. Feedback after rejection cited "longevity of roles" which felt like a generic brush-off rather than any substantive evaluation. If this is how the People leader operates, it speaks volumes about the culture. Would not recommend wasting your time.
