Interview
First screening interview with recruiter. Answer basic assessment questions then 2nd interview with nurse manager and staff. The process was 2 week's span. Not very difficult with usually 'trap' assessment questions about how you get along with others, work under stress, and reliability. Little to do with your actual work experience.
Got interviewed by the nurse manager.It took her 30 mins to do her presentation about Mayo clinic and department, and the next 30 mins was for the interview part. There was also a quiz during that half hour. It was done via zoom. I found
Interview is via online, good pace, average questions not too difficult. You must log in online, you get 1 minute to think about your question And answer them as you see fit
Three interviews with the last one in person. Behavior based questions. The examples listed on here of the questions I found very accurate. I would definitely be prepared ahead of time.
