Interviewed with two leads. Felt comfortable and had an offer within two weeks. They seemed to really listen to my responses and ask questions based off those, so it felt more like a conversation than a list of questions

Give an example of how you used teamwork to overcome a challenge.
Multi-Process more than one interview, interviewed 3 times for the same role. Multiple people I know also interviewed for the same role and also did not get the role as well and we all work in the same field.
Applied online and interviewed a couple weeks later. Interviewing was pretty standard. Job description didn't really reflect actual job in my opinion, but it was explained in interview. Everyone was nice and polite.
