Interview
There is an initial phone interview and then they contact you if you’re a potential candidate. Then you will have a interview with the management staff, possibly multiple people. They ask behavioral questions and like to get to know you and about your experience.

Tell us a time you built positive rapport with a co-worker?
Easy, seems like they will hire anyone. Lots of HR questions about how you handle drama and difficult personalities. That should have been a red flag. Lots of drama and overall not a good place to work.
The interview was quick and easy. They were very polite and explain how the work environment will be like and the training process. Although I was quite nervous, they made sure that I was comfortable and was very understanding since I am really young.
