Interview
I applied online and received an email from a hiring manager on a Thursday within 2 weeks. A brief phone interview was conducted and an invitation to come in person was offered. I interviewed on Monday and was offered the position that following Friday. The in person portion was conducted with a small panel asking a variety of behavioral questions/scenarios. Overall, the process was quick and to the point. The staff was nice and professional.

Mayo sometimes has hiring events for specific positions. You must apply on their career website and be invited to the hiring event. Bring resumes and be prepared to interview with multiple hiring managers.

Video on demand then zoom interview! The video on demand allows you take up to three attempts. The zoom meeting will have the hiring manager and team leads. They asked about 5 questions

Interview was quick and easy. It was a panel interview with several supervisors and departments. The interview was in person and lasted about thirty minutes. I heard back from them within two days.
