phone interview with recruiter and in person with nurse manager and nurse educator. friendly and welcoming, low pressure environment and clear process. heard back from the recruiter with job offer a week or two later and allowed time to process the offer and get back with an answer. very friendly and helpful.

It was very intimate. Only 2 people were there, the nursing manager and the educator. They both had a sheet of paper with about 10 questions each. They expected you to answer in the STAR method.
