Interview
Interview is with a panel of chemist, usually 3-6 people of management positions. Was very laid back. People were very personable. Know your science and details of any relevant experience on your resume. Be yourself. Have questions going in.
It was pretty straight forward. I was asked one technical question about how a Karl Fischer worked. I had to describe the process in its entirety by one of the interviewees.

Interview
I really liked the fact that you get a chance to interview with multiple people from different departments. You get immediate exposure to what each group does. The interview overall took about 3 to 3.5 hours. Everyone was very receptive and seemed to be interested in hiring and working with me.
