the process is resume shortlist at first , and then TEST and interview , it is a one day process ,whole process is online itself with technical and aptitude , but takes a lot of time after registration

45 minute presentation required to provide communication skills and logic formulation. The interview was with boss and operations director. Very thorough discussion about previous employer. Focused primarily on knowledge of AS9100 and process engineering.
