The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Maximus (Austin, TX) in May 2012
Interview
Mass hiring for new opening call center. Managers and trainers from multiple project and locations from across the nation interviewing and hiring at the local unemployment office. I interviewed and received an offer in less than a week later. This was for an entry level position. Subsequent internal interviews for other positions were much more intensive and detailed. Usually, they need warm bodies that will show up for this type of work. They sort themselves out after that.
Very quick, nice and helpful. Knowledgeable. Very understanding & well thought out questions. Specific details on salary , benefits, pto, kpi, sick days. Schedule and training knowledge. Deep dive into how important customers are and how to deal with them empatheticly
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Maximus (Lawrence, KS) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
Interview questions [1]
