Interview
I was asked several questions about my reasoning and availability to work at the company. Despite having no prior experience working in a similar position, I was accepted with a chance to learn during the job.
They don't really ask many questions, just immediately go to requirements which you agree to or not. The interview itself is very casual, but I think it solely depends on the director/manager of the store.
