I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. Went through two phone interviews and then proceeded to go through two in person interviews. Was told the final stage would be to talk to the regional manager and was then told to expect a call to set up a meeting with the regional manager. Unfortunately, after being told to expect this call...it never came. I emailed them, and they told me they decided to pursue other candidates. So I would not have been told I did not get the job unless I emailed them, even after being told I made it to the final round of interviewing. Disappointing, but ultimately glad I did not end up getting and accepting this job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
Had a few rounds of interviews starting with phone, then two in person one with a panel, and finally one virtual. Each interview was a combination of experience and behavioral questions.
Phone screen, interview with manager, shadow for position, interview with area manager . Lots of steps for an entry level position. Lots of repetitiveness and same questions ask. Seems pretty redundant

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had multiple tasks to juggle at the same time. How did you balance getting these tasks completed
pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you'd be able to do the work and what your experience is like and whatnot. it's not stressful or intimidating at all.
