Boring, and predictable.... basic questions.... Geared to the mattress firm "culture"... not enough time spent describing their selling process, as well as what to expect in regards to the redundant meetings... and role playing that would incur over and over and over again. My advice would be to ask questions related to the selling process.

Basic Questions related to sales and your motivated drive. Asked questions about my personality as well. Asked me questions about my previous work experience. Talked about goals and career plan. It was very easy and laid back. The more I was myself the better I did.
