I applied online. I interviewed at Matthews International (Cranberry, PA) in May 2025
Interview
Very different than a typical behavioral or PM-focused interview. The general questions were not focused on TMAY or situations in one's experience. Instead, they were often posed as "yes/no," which made it difficult to understand what the interviewer wanted to understand. Along with that, the PM-specific questions were not focused on experience or how one would handle a variety of situations; instead, the interviewer only focused on specific software tools one had experience with. For example, "Have you used SAP and Outlook?" In my opinion, these can be learned quickly, and are not a true indicator of one's job performance as a PM.
