After not hearing from them about my application for over a month, I got an email inviting me for an interview the next day. While that did raise red flags, I am looking for a new position and attended. The interview itself was "normal" nothing out of the ordinary and pretty standard. I was a day later invited for a follow-up interview and a case. I completed the case and on the next day, 30 min before the actual second interview, the interviewer cancelled citing fever as a reason. And that we would have to reschedule. This was more than a month ago, and even though I reached out, I haven't heard from them since. This does seem to be a pattern and feels indicative of the working conditions. I am not upset, that I did not get the position.
