Interview
1st round quick chat with hiring manager, followed by an online test - a mixture of python, pandas, sql questions. Pretty straightforward difficulty. After that prepare a presentation to a panel and have a discussion. Lastly, a chat with the regional manager.

Interview
There was never a connect on a phone call from the company recruiter, only limited communication by emails, no proper explanation on the interview process and it was a surprise in every round. there were total 4 rounds, and for one of the rounds they asked me to prepare and present a solution for a business problem and was given a week to prepare. All 4 rounds went well but after almost 3 months i just got an automated email saying not selected with no feedback or any kind of explanation

It was just a regular phone screening. The HR asked some behavioral questions to understand my previous company type, how I handle ML projects, and my leadership experience. HR isn't familiar with how the team collaborates.
