Τhe first step after the submission of application is the Pymetrics Games Assessments which lasts around 30 minutes and it doesn't require any preperation. I founded easier than i expected to be.

Risk Tolerance: In this game, candidates are presented with a series of scenarios and asked to make a decision based on the level of risk involved. The game measures risk-taking behavior and decision-making skills. Numerical Reasoning: In this game, candidates are presented with a series of mathematical problems and asked to solve them within a set time limit. The game measures numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Focus: In this game, candidates are asked to complete a task while distractions are presented in the background. The game measures attention span and the ability to concentrate in a distracting environment. Working Memory: In this game, candidates are presented with a sequence of items and asked to recall them in the correct order. The game measures working memory and the ability to retain and recall information.
