I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mastercard (O Fallon, MO) in Nov 2017
Interview
There was 45 min scheduled, and I met with the Director and hiring manager. They asked a few questions that went quickly. Then it was left up to me to fill in the rest of the time with my questions. I had two pages worth that lasted me about 15 min. Interview was over in 30 minutes. I was notified the next day that I was no longer under consideration.
The interview process for the analyst role included an initial screening to review my background, domain experience, and understanding of the role. This was followed by functional interviews focused on business analysis skills, Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge, and P&C insurance workflows, including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. The final discussions emphasized problem-solving, collaboration with business and technical teams, and how I approach delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
The interview process was 2 online test followed by a recorded interview and finally an in person assessment centre. During the assessment centre the day was split between group exercises, case studies and one-to-one interviews.

Question 1
What challenges do you foresee in the payment services space?
Very organized and good but you had to fill out their pymetrics test within a certain number of hours of receiving their email which was difficult as a student with other deadlines and concerns as well.
