I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Submitted resume via e-mail, was contacted a few weeks later for an in-person interview. They were very slow to get back to me. I had to follow up with multiple e-mails before I received any response. Additionally, I know one person who they initially didn't offer the job to, and then they called them back and offered the job. Very strange.
