There was an initial phone screen early on, followed by a zoom interview with recruiting department/members of the department, followed by interview with members of the lab. The whole process took about 1 month. The interviews were around 45 min- 1 hour long each.

The interview process was relaxed and pleasant. The interviewer appeared to be well prepared and familiar with my background. We had a productive discussion about my experience and how my skills and research interests align with the lab's needs. Overall, it was a positive experience.
