Interview
Went through the culture fit round initially where the CEO/Co-founder asks you questions and asks you to be as honest as possible. Makes it seem like a heart to heart conversation but as soon as you open up and tell him the reality he is possibly going to reject your application. And he is going to make you question yourself and possibly entangle you in your own web.
1. I was referred by a friend. Got the first call from HR for basic questions such as what is my current role ? why I want to switch?.
2. Technical Round (Basically DSA round but more real life problem oriented).
3. Technical Round Role Related (I got rejected in this round).

Question 1
The questions include the REST Framework (basically I got referred for a backend engineer in Python Django). The interview asked me about cookies, encryption, hashing, and Django query optimization.
Beware interviewing with this company. Do not reveal your salary expectations early because they will look for ways to reject you even if you performed extremely well. They have a lot of underpaid applicants to pick from. This company wasted more than 1 month of my time.
On top of that, the CEO dude is the most disinterested I have ever seen in a company. He just shrugged off important questions I asked.

The questions were easy but you have to give interviewy answers and not something creative. Also, I thought this company is unique in its hiring. It's just another cog in the wheel.
