For front-line supervisors, its a one interview, conditional offer, drug test. Usually takes less than a week to go from interview to job offer. They do have a third party conduct a standard background check. The HR rep who makes the initial call will sometimes not have all the answers and will defer to the Department Manager. They will low ball on the initial offer, so negotiate!

The company has very old school tactics and wants to hire someone that lives and breathes for them, They have absolute zero regards for work/life balance, At least they were honest when mentioning "you'll be working every single holiday and should be available 24/7,,,your family will hate you for working here" did not sell the job at all and never gave me a compensation number or 'how the schedule works' when asked 2 times. The drivers and workers are monitored and micromanaged. Upon research, the salary for this position is $23-25 an hour!? You could pay me 100K and would still think twice before working at a place like this. The interview lasted almost 2 hours, and I could not find a positive thing to say about wanting to work for this place.
