      Interview

The first two interviews were your standard 20-30 minute call about the job specifics and the second interview was a panel. It seemed last minute, but everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, and to my surprise, they never got back with me and ghosted me about not getting the job. Unsure if it was ever filled, as I couldn't find that anyone has that job title at the organization.

      Question 1

Can you describe the position and how it fits with why you want to work at Martha's Table?

      Interview

Screening call with HR, in-person panel interview, performance task (uncompensated). The process lasted about two months. I never received a response after the performance task, even though I was told after the panel interview to expect a hiring decision "before the holidays/before the end of the year". I was disappointed to not hear back, as I was excited about the role and working for the organization. However, my experience throughout the interview process made them seem disorganized and disrespectful of candidates' time - ex. asking for a performance task to be completed within 24 hours, with no notice, the day before Thanksgiving, and then apparently ghosting both candidates they were considering for the role.
