I applied online. I interviewed at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone call screening -> video call interview -> meet with 3 of the employees (manager level) -> meet with 5-10 "future co-workers" -> hired/not
After the phone call screening process, the recruiter asks for a copy of your resume and sends you a copy of your resume in the style they want. The recruiter helps you prep by giving you pointers and asking if you have any questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Martha Jefferson Hospital (Charlottesville, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied for the job and got a video invite. Never met with anyone in person. This was my first time doing a video interview and I read about other experiences in regard to this type of interviewing here on glassdoor and the reviews weren't that great. There was no deadline to complete this interview either so I did it two weeks after they gave it to me because I had other interviews to worry about beside them. I'm glad that I didn't get it because I'm relocating to another town anyway.
