Interview
The process was: Online application, recruiter interview, HR interview, team interviews + a test (content depends on the role). Overall, the interviews were not incredibly technical and a lot of questions were culture-based. Interviewers were always nice and happy to take time to answer any questions
Nice interview with a lovely person who asked about my past experiences, including ways I have faced challenges, worked in teams and communicated with people. I did not get through to the next stage but I hope to work with them in the future.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a difficult challenge.
Proceed with OA but the latency is extremely high. Lagging for coding can be near 2 seconds. and it severely affects the experience. It seems that their OA server is overseas.

Interview
Few tests online, then meet portfolio manager in office. Asks technicals, competency questions, stock pitch and some other stuff. Offices are nice. Try to come across as pleasant - firm is big on culture.
