Met with three different members of management separately on the same day and discussed job experience and expectations. This part was pretty typical. We discussed technical skills required for the job and I discussed coding and software experience I had. Took online competency/logic and personality tests.

Questions were fair. Some were behavioral. A lot of questions were about what I was currently doing, how familiar I was about certain products, etc. Also asked the obvious ones such as why are you looking for a new job, etc. Thirty minutes with one person and then a second person dialed in halfway through the call.
