I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Washington, DC) in Jul 2014
Interview
Short and simple. More personality-based than intellectually challenging. Must be a somewhat articulate and be a good team player for best fit. 2 interviews. First one with immediate manager in order to gauge your skills and personality. Upon manager(s)' approval, you are prompted to a second interview either immediately or within a few days. HR then takes over the process and sets up orientation, conditional upon meeting background check and drug test requirements.

Interview
It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.
