I was contacted on LinkedIn, followed by a video screen. Someone from recruiting then followed up to ask me basic questions and ask my salary requirements.
This call was followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, who told me she wanted me to meet with the first person I spoke to again to have her answer any questions I still had. In the meantime, the hiring manager told me they would schedule a STAR-format interview.
I had another 30-minute video call with the original person who contacted me via LinkedIn and was told they would schedule the STAR interview next.
That was the last time I heard from anyone from Marriott. They ghosted my two follow up emails.
