Phone interview with HR who explainabout company and job briefly, after that one more call interview with sales manager (with 3 people). Once you go through that interview, then there would a language test.

Well structured & efficient! First round of interviews was held via zoom, and we proceeded to a second round of in person interviews. This second in person interview was where I was offered the position, however decided to decline
