Interview
It started with a psychometric a test which was quite simple. They are just trying to find out your general personality. Once I passed this one, they have scheduled a phone interview with two directors of the sales team for a STAR behaviour interview which took 1,5 hours. I suggest to be properly prepared otherwise you won't be able to come up with so many different work situations for different challenges, achievements etc
Remember exactly how you handled difficult situations with clients and colleagues and what your biggest achievements were from your previous and current roles

After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.

fairly easy, just a Long process with many interviews with lots of different departments and people.
You also have to pass the Marriott assessment test in order to even qualify for a job
