applied online, got an email back to set up an interview at the hotel. Came to hotel and interviewed with the front office manager and general manager. Mostly customer service questions and behavioral questions about past situations and how I've handled them. Got a call back the next day with offer.

It was online, the job was listed as remote, I applied because of the remote position, so I was a bit disappointed in the fact that they stated that it was for a relocation, and unfortunately, I couldn't do it. The interviewer didn't put the camera on which was a bit weird, but was kind and clear.
