First step was application online and some questionnaires. Then a telephone call from the Front office manager and then an email inviting me for assessment day. There were 6 applicants and they gave us questions to answer and present infront of the other applicants and 4 Marriott staff. 5 minutes preparation was given, use it wisely and jot down as it is easy to forget everything when nervous and standing in front of the staff and other applicants. I passed the stage so they invited me for interview with behavioural questions and so I passed again. I am going for work trial on Monday so fingers crossed :)
