STR based interview process, very formal. They stuck to the script and really wanted the full STR response. Very little focus on chemistry or rapport. A total of 9 interviews, but all asking similar STR questions.

STAR interview for behavioral portion. STAR stands for situation, task, action, and result. Provide clear and concise responses tying back to the question asked. Typically done in the first or second round with HR.
