Very simple and straightforward. Typical questions you’d have at any interview about situations and how you handle them. Usually call back a few days later and you go to HR and fill out your paperwork and drug test.

It was really great. The owner is fantastic, she's so kind. She just wanted to see me make a coffee and then chat a little bit about my previous experience.
