Easy interview in person and general situation type questions with the front desk manager and human resources manager. They ask various questions and situations to describe and you can use the experiences that you have before that are related to hotel industry and customer service.

In person with manager. Asked STAR related questions and went over the position and hours. Went over the culture of the company and benefits as well. Advised me of the next steps and sent an offer for background and drug screen.
