The whole process took 3months, 5interviews, and 7different interviewers, before Marriott decided to close the position. Up until the 5th and final interview, they made me feel like they were ready to hire me. Then the day after the 5th interview, the Sr. HR person emails me personally apologizing, saying that there was a change in business needs, so they are postponing the hiring and the interview process, and the position will be canceled. With the two decades of experience, working in large corporations, I atleast know that changes in business needs dont jusy happen over night literally, seems like this was a fake position that Marriott had opened up, just for the legal compliance purposes only, with no intention to actually hire anyone. So a piece of advice to self and anyone reading this review. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE HIRING PROCESS SERIOUSLY WITH MARRIOTT, AND DO NOT GET TOO HOPEFUL.
