Initially contacted/by recruiter - phone interview. Scheduled for in-person interview with recruiter then hiring manager. Second interview with second hiring manager. Two weeks passed and then the offer call.

Questions were run-of-the-mill .... if you've ever been on an interview you know it. Strengths and weaknesses, etc.
