More of a "try out" session. Called into a room with a panel of people who then take turns asking you questions. Questions varied from scenario-type questions to preference questions and "how did you hear about us", "why do you want to work for us".

Two in person interviews, 20- 30 minutes each and relatively basic interview questions. How would you greet a customer, how would you describe hospitality, ect. One interview was with the manager and the second interview was with the GM and assistant GM.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.

Easy and friendly, enjoyed working with the management and restaurant staff while employed throughout going to college. Did not ask invasive questions and appeared to pay attention to everything I’ve said during interview by questions asked
