Marriott utilizes the STAR Interview Process. Generally you will interview with a panel of (2) people, and they will go through 1-2 questions from each section of the STAR interview packet. Questions should be answered by addressing the situation, task, action, and result. Interviews follow this process for all roles and generally last an hour or more. You should have about 8 scenarios that you consider to be 'wins' to utilize for these questions.
