Interview
This company is so biased that this is not even giving chance to give the interview. Despite I am having 12 years of experience in payment domain my resume is not shortlisted , I also possess every single requirement but still no considerations from HR or Manager.
I also tried reaching to hiring managers linked in profile but still no luck , they are just trying to show off that they are good but practically all managers and HR's are same.

Interview
I interviewed remotely and had 4 interviews in 3 days. Those were 2 Pair Programming, 1 System design and 1 behavioral interviews.
The 2 pair programming ones were supposed to be pair programming where the person conducting the interview was busy eating on the screen and it seems like I was talking to myself the entire interview with no pairing at all. 2nd one was a bit better but still not working like a peer more like a lead looking at a junior dev. System design was totally off from what they said it would be. The behavioral one had issues where the interviewer at the beginning wanted to take a break and once we came back he had power issues.
