Interview with recruiting firm, then principal/owner. followed by sales manager. The different parties in the interview seemed to not be in alignment with the position being hired for and there was a lack of transparency .

Lengthy and unorganized. They call you back time and again. They test you. They call you for more interviews. They tell you how wonderful you are. Everyone is super nice until you get to the one person who comes at you like its interrogation for murder. Then there's more foot dragging.
