Interview
Interviewed for .NET Full Stack Lead. The interview process was completed within a week. There were 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 managerial plus HR round. If you have done good in your previous projects then they will focus on your skill sets.
As part of the interview process, I participated in two rounds of technical discussions with the client, which were followed by a final human resources round conducted directly by Marlabs for final evaluation
1: HR round - Asked question related to my current roles responsibilities.
2: Technical round -> asked about my technical background and how I solve real world solutions.
3: final round -> salary and docs discussion.
