First interview is done by a video recording of interviewee answering some questions. Next is an interview with the District Manager at the location of the store the interviewee applied for. Nothing too difficult since the interviewee is usually the only person being interview for the job.

I a recruiter will contact you out of nowhere. I honestly don't know where they got my info. The process was very easy received an offer right after the interview. They will hire anyone.

Interview
There wasn't really much of a process. They purchased us en mass from Radio Shack and as such we all got some job offers with a take it or leave it attitude. There was no interview. There was no opportunity provided to really ask much in the way of questions and at no point did we get to meet with anyone face to face from Marketsource.
